Assists adults and families in Titusville and the surrounding region to improve basic skills and break the 'cycle of illiteracy.' Offers tutoring to improve an adult's basic skills or to study for the GED, ASVAB, Driver's Permit, or various entrance exams and works with children, as well. Assist adults with a second chance to earn a high school diploma from Titusville Area, Forest Area, or PENNCREST School Districts.
