Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are community volunteers who serve as the voice of abused and neglected children in the court system. The advocacy looks to ensure that the children will be safe, secure and given a better opportunity to thrive.

Statewide non-profit organization that develops and supports local CASA programs. CASAs are trained volunteers who, when authorized by a judge, speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in court. Local CASA associations recruit, train and support their own volunteers.
