Description

Establishes communication with property owners and provides technical assistance and referral services, including assistance completing applications. Walk through neighborhoods to see problematic properties first-hand, take updated photos, and track progress in real-time. Coordinate code violation remediation and/or do home repair projects with City, URA, and other community partners.

Provides free food the second Friday of each month and property stabilization services to homeowners of Southside Hilltop communities (when funding is available). Serves the communities of Allentown, Arlington, Arlington Heights, Beltzhoover, Bon Air, Carrick, Knoxville, Mount Washington, Mount Oliver City, St. Clair, South Side Slopes, and Mount Oliver Borough.
