Target population is at-risk youth ages birth to 18 with behavioral and/or mental health and/or drug and alcohol issues with family.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Referrals can be made by Juvenile Probation, Blair County Children, Youth and Families, mental health, school, community, or self-referral.
