Description
Serves children and families in Southwestern PA with foster care, adoption, caregiver support, and medical wraparound services. Assists caregivers in identifying and accessing programs and services to meet the needs of children (age 0 to 17) in their care. Program provides an in-home assessment and resource coordination to support children and caregivers to promote well-being and support healthy positive functioning within the family.
