Adults between the ages of 19 and 64 or Veterans (of any age) who are uninsured or underinsured and below 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm Service hours may vary based on volunteer availability
