Provides preschool scholarships to attend a quality early childhood education program for up to 3 hours per day for three or 5 half-days a week. Eligible families may choose to enroll their child in one of more than 3 dozen participating childcare centers located throughout Erie County.

Provides early education and childcare at 4 locations in multiple locations. Our programs include PA Pre-K Counts and Infant/Toddler Contracted Slots which are free for eligible families.
Provides preschool scholarships to eligible families at more than 35 locations throughout Erie County.
Sponsors the Registered Early Care & Education Pre-Apprenticeship Program in NW PA. Also the Intermediary and Sponsor for the Registered Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program for the NW and Central Regions of PA. These programs support workforce development and education in the field of early care and education.
