Eligibility
Open to Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington, and Westmoreland County residents.
Must have 3 months of continuous employment at the same organization
Must have a PA Driver’s License
Must not have a current car loan, either in your name only or as a cosigner
Must participate in Financial Classes provided by the Community Growth Fund

Fees
There is no fee to apply. Individuals are responsible for the repayment of the loan if approved.
