Substance Use Disorders

Offers comprehensive team-based care for people with opioid use disorder. Along with medication and counseling, they provide support for mental health, housing, jobs, and other social needs. The COE model focuses on long-term recovery by staying in contact with clients and helping them stay in treatment. The goal is to treat the whole person, not just the addiction.
