Eligibility

Families with children who are ages 3 and 4 may apply. There are no income requirements. Visit the eligibility website to see a list and map of locations.

Application process

Enroll in-person. Call (844-745-7735) for assistance finding the program that’s right for your family. Visit the intake website to download the PHLPreK application, available in a variety of languages.

Fees

Service during traditional school day (5.5 hours) during school year is provided free of charge. If you require hours beyond a traditional school day and/or during summer, you will need to pay the PHLpreK provider for the extra hours or take advantage of child care subsidy (CCIS) benefits if you qualify.
