Evening clinics will be held at the Immunization Clinic every Thursday in September from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Saturday clinics, from 10:00am to 2:00pm, will be held on September 18th, and October 2nd, 16th, and 30th.

Call to schedule an appointment or log into MyChart (linked in the Intake Website below) to schedule and appointment. Drop in for unscheduled visit. Parents/guardians must bring photo ID and a copy of their children’s vaccination records.

Childhood Immunizations are federally funded and administered free of charge to eligible children. Call for information on eligibility for free vaccines.
