Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm Thursday, additional hours, 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Saturday clinics offered from mid-September through early November, 9:00am to 1:00pm (last appointment at 12:30).

Call to schedule an appointment or log into MyChart (linked in the Intake Website below) to schedule and appointment. Drop in for unscheduled visit. Parents/guardians must bring photo ID and a copy of their children’s vaccination records.

Childhood Immunizations are federally funded and administered free of charge to eligible children. Call for information on eligibility for free vaccines.
