A) Homeless or near homeless single women with children living in the home B) Single mothers age 18 and older C) Substance abuse free for a minimum of 3 years

Application process

Apply online. Program applicants must agree to meet with case management at least once a month, meet with the Neighboring Volunteer group once a month, have children 18 or under living with them (no one else is permitted to be living in the home), and need to be working.
