A) Applicants should be registered with Connect to Home B) Must be a single homeless or near-homeless female age 18 and older, a single homeless or near-homeless female with up to three children in her custody, or a homeless or near-homeless adult-only, two-female family unit C) Must be able to pay and sustain payment of monthly rent D) Must be capable of living independently in a group setting

Interested parties should reach out to our case manager to request an application. Once the application is submitted with all necessary documentation, the case manager will coordinate an interview and assessment for the program.

Depending on the size of the room, the rent is between $500 and $600 per month, with all utilities included. A security deposit of one-half of a month's rent is required in addition to the first month's rent at move-in.
