Provides general health information and referrals including free pamphlets on health topics such as nutrition, drugs and alcohol, VD, etc. Sexually transmitted disease counseling is provided. Donor cards for kidney and other organs are issued. Reporting and prevention information on West Nile Virus, reports of dead birds. Issues Birth/Death certificates. Processes nursing Home complaints and restaurant complaints.
