Assists individuals to avoid unnecessary, more restrictive institutionalized settings by providing services to help them remain living independently with support in their community. Provides expanded medication delivery support up to 3 times per day plus a comprehensive level of support.

Supports consumers of mental health services, advocates for the improvement of area mental health services, and encourages the formation of a consumer self-help network. Also provides assistance with basic needs such as utilities, transportation, and housing.
