Utility Emergency Services Fund - Oil Assistance Program
Provides direct oil assistance for low-income Philadelphia residents who are unable to afford the cost of an oil delivery. The maximum assistance available for this program is 200 gallons of oil; families are eligible for assistance once every 12 months.
