Operates a shelter with 10 beds. Provides the basic needs (shetler, food, clothing, and showers), educational and vocational services, outreach, and case management. Staff can refer youth to local mental health services, drug and alcohol counseling, and legal services.

Covenant House Pennsylvania
Provides a full continuum of services to meet the complex needs of homeless and runaway youth. These include street outreach, a 51-bed Crisis Center, and the transitional living program Rights of Passage (ROP).
