Provides public library services including loan of books, magazines, and videos. Offers public access computers; fax, printing, and copying services; 3D printing; digital literacy support; bookmobile services; and programs and events for children and adults. The SCL Digital Navigator Program offers free digital skills training classes, free appointments for scheduled 1:1 assistance in becoming more tech savvy, and helps people find a free or low-cost home computer and affordable and sufficient Internet services.
