Services for individuals, many of whom previously resided in institutional settings, in agency-operated homes with full-time care and supervision, and with support services provided in their own homes or apartments. Services include both Community Living Arrangements and Supported Independent Living.

Provide opportunities and resources to infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities as they build and lead their lives in the community. Provides advocacy, home and community supports, and education. Additionally, 85 percent of the individuals we serve have disabilities other than CP.
