Oakland Planning and Development Corporation - Home Maintenance and Minor Repair Assistance

Connects eligible Oakland homeowners with financial assistance to address critical home repairs. Senior Oakland homeowners over the age of 55 and at or below 80% of the area median income may be eligible to receive up to $22,500 for home repairs when they join the CLT.

Operates an innovative youth leadership development program for neighborhood high school students who are seeking to improve their grades and head to college. A workforce development program that results in job seekers being matched with paid employment. Coordinates teams of volunteers to clean neighborhood streets and revitalize empty lots and establish greenways. Develops affordable housing for seniors and families, and rent affordable apartments without walking distance of Oakland's major institutions.
