Families with infants and toddlers from birth to three (3) years of age who have special needs due to developmental delays or disabilities may apply for service coordination through the WCSI EI program.
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Assists clients in accessing services and provides ongoing service coordination, supports coordination, case management services, monitoring, and support. Works to ensure clients are receiving the most appropriate and effective services available to meet their individualized needs. WCSI serves over 6,000 individuals residing in Westmoreland and surrounding counties who are in need of Behavioral Health, Intellectual Disability, and Early Intervention Services.
