Designed to assist customers who are having financial difficulties because a family member at the premise has been called to active military duty. Customers may choose to defer paying either part of or their entire monthly electric bill. When the conflict ends or the person in military service returns home, arrangements for repayment of the deferred debt will be made with the customer.
