Assists low-income homeowners in the 83 municipalities that ALCOSAN serves. Assists low-income homeowners by providing a $57 credit applied every three months to the account of an eligible customer. The credit is applied automatically every three months, whether the customer is billed monthly, bimonthly or quarterly.
