Provides outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization levels of care to individuals with a substance use disorder. Each level of care includes individual, group, and family therapy services to support the recovery process. Also provides level of care assessment services and medication assisted treatment (MAT) in the form of Vivitrol/Naltrexone for appropriate individuals.
