Residents of Union, Western portions of Northumberland County, and Snyder Counties; must be a UGI customer, income eligible, and payment troubled. Individuals enrolled in the CAP program can not apply.

Assists customers that have difficulties paying their gas and/or heating bill as a result of hardship and/or limited income through energy assistance grants, if available at the time of need. This program is supported by donations from UGI customers, employees, and the UGI corporation.
