DeafCAN! is a social service program for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families. DeafCAN! has case management contracts with Chester & Delaware counties, but also provides services in SE PA for those who are DeafBlind, inmates & returning citizens, and immigrants & refugees (the latter also in Central PA).
