Eligibility
Serves youth (under age 18) in Allegheny County who are at risk of prosecution and/or incarceration.
Hours
Office and Intake Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Call or email to schedule an assessment/intake.
Fees
Services provided free of charge. Youth and/or their parents/guardians may be responsible for the costs of repairing the harm caused to victims.

Offers an alternative to prosecution for eligible youths. This initiative utilizes community-based providers that support evidence-based, outcome-oriented programs, and supports trauma-informed care that result in academic success, personal and career development, and good citizenship.

Offers Reentry, Prevention and Youth Diversion Services for individuals in Allegheny County. Also works within the Allegheny County Jail in the Chaplaincy, Pre-Release, and Activities departments. Offers support and direction to those impacted by incarceration both during their time at Allegheny County Jail and after their release.
