Eligibility

Early Intervention services are available to children with developmental delays and disabilities who are referred by the Chester County Department of Mental Health/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, the Chester County Intermediate Unit and the Delaware County Intermediate Unit.

Hours

Administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. In-home service times vary. Classroom services are delivered Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 1:45pm

Fees

Early Intervention Services are no cost to families with eligibility. Preschool services are extremely competitive and scholarships are available.

Provides specialized early intervention services for newborns to five-years-old children, in their natural environment, to help them reach developmental milestones. Inclusive Preschool welcomes children 2.7 years old through entry in kindergarten of all abilities.
