Westmoreland County residents with an Intellectual Disability or Autism Diagnosis with onset prior to the age of 22.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Assists with locating, coordinating, and monitoring services and supports for consumers of all ages with an Intellectual Disability or Autism Diagnosis with onset prior to the age of 22. Support Coordinators inform participants, their families and other caregivers about the use of unpaid, informal, generic, and specialized services and supports that are necessary to address the identified needs of the participant and to achieve the outcomes specified in the developed Individual Support Plan (ISP).

Assists clients in accessing services and provides ongoing service coordination, supports coordination, case management services, monitoring, and support. Works to ensure clients are receiving the most appropriate and effective services available to meet their individualized needs. WCSI serves over 6,000 individuals residing in Westmoreland and surrounding counties who are in need of Behavioral Health, Intellectual Disability, and Early Intervention Services.
