Depending on available funds, assistance may include financial help for car repairs, gas cards, insurance payments, loan payments, PennDOT Services, AAA memberships, car seats, and Pittsburgh Regional Transit CONNECT cards.

Provides energy assistance, employment services; transportation assistance; tax preparation; legal consultation; disaster relief; education assistance for adults; transportation assistance, and volunteer caregivers for the elderly.
