Allegheny County residents who are age 60 and older (or will be by December 31) and meet income guidelines. Call or visit the website for additional details.

Application process

Visit the Intake Website (linked below) to apply online. To request a paper application by mail, call the SeniorLine. Paper copies of the application are also available at Senior Centers, State Legislators' Offices, and other community locations.
