90-day intensive program offering shelter, meals, case management, financial literacy, job placement assistance and more to homeless families with children. They serve families of all composition, keeping them together in safe, private, home-like settings through their network of community partners.

Application process

Requests can be made via telephone, walk-in, email and access to the application is available on their website; Individuals must complete an application and interview for consideration. Must complete intake. Drug and Alcohol Free Program.

Fee

No fee is charged for this service. Individuals must participate in the daily maintenance of shelter facilities .

Eligibility

Must meet the following: - Experiencing Homelessness - Resident of Berks County for at least 90 days - At least one minor child in custody - Clean history of violent crimes - Drug and alcohol free program - Actively seek, gain and maintain employment - Actively pursue a GED or education as appropriate - Comply with program rules and guidelines
