Focus Population
Provides case management and information and referral services for those who have recently found out they are HIV positive as well as for those who have been living with HIV for years. Provides individuals with the tools needed to live as healthily and independently as possible with HIV. Connects people to a range of services, support, referrals, and mental health care.
Family Service Association of Bucks County
Provides six broad service groupings consisting of more than 20 individual programs pertaining to behavioral health, child and adolescent services, adult services, older adult services, AIDS/HIV care, and substance abuse services.
