Family Group Decision Making
Provides Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) which is a strengths-based voluntary process. FGDM offers families the opportunity to join together with other people who are important in their lives, to develop a plan to resolve identified concerns. Families who enter into FGDM are guided by a Coordinator.

Call to self-refer. The process of FGDM begins with a referral: a self-referral or referral from a social worker, teacher, counselor, case-manager, or other agency worker.
