CO-MANS Inc. - Community Residential Rehabilitation and Supported Living

Eligibility

Adults age 18 and older with a primary mental health diagnosis who do not require 24 hour nursing or on-site supervision, do not have a history of fire setting, are free of violent or severe socially deviant behavior, and free of drug and alcohol use. Young Adult Transitional CRR program: Adult men ages 18 to 25.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, 10:00am to 1:00pm

Provides residential services including moderate-care community residential rehabilitation and supported living. Provides services and support by trained mental health professionals to assist residents in building skills of adult daily living and to gain greater independence, self-sufficiency, and self-confidence, as well as, to enhance overall recovery. A portion of the program is dedicated to serving Transitional Young Adults.
