Community Residential Rehabilitation and Supported Living
Provides residential services including moderate-care community residential rehabilitation and supported living. Provides services and support by trained mental health professionals to assist residents in building skills of adult daily living and to gain greater independence, self-sufficiency, and self-confidence, as well as, to enhance overall recovery. A portion of the program is dedicated to serving Transition Age Youth (ages 18 to 26).

Eligibility
Adults age 18+ with a primary mental health diagnosis who do not require 24 hour nursing or on-site supervision, do not have a history of fire setting, are free of violent or severe socially deviant behavior, and free of drug and alcohol use.
