Cumberland County Aging and Community Services - Farmers Market Nutrition Program

Eligibility

County residents, 60 years or older, with gross annual income within annually determined levels

Hours

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Application process

Contact the aging office or your local senior center for information regarding distribution sites. Those unable to travel to a distribution site can obtain vouchers through a proxy with a signed form and photo id of the individual (call in advance for form). The program begins each year on June 1st and runs through September 30th. Issued vouchers are valid until November 30th.
