Assists in identifying goals, creating action plans, and in locating resources to help people to achieve their goals. Offers budgeting information, job search assistance, and help navigating government benefit programs.
North Hills Community Outreach
Addresses the needs of people in crisis, hardship and poverty in Northern Allegheny County. Provides energy assistance, employment services; transportation assistance; tax preparation; legal consultation; disaster relief; education assistance for adults; transportation assistance, and volunteer caregivers for the elderly.
