  • Developmental Disabilities
Supports and promotes the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities, by providing advocacy services in their home environment. Services are provided by a Registered Nurse and in the eligible persons home environment. The PA Elks Nurse can access needs and help access equipment, provide in-home medical case management, assist with finding activities and supports within the community.

Provides early intervention services to children and families in the community. The organization offers a variety of services, including developmental activities, milestone tracking, screenings, and referrals. Parent education and family advocacy programs available at no cost.
