Public Transportation Access

Allegheny County residents with Intellectual Disability (ID), Autism, Developmental Disability (DD) prior to age 9, and/or Medically Complex Condition (MCC) diagnosed prior to age 21. Must also meet additional Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) criteria.
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, excluding holidays.

If initial screening deems individual likely eligible, staff will guide the individual (or parent/guardian) through the process of registration and selection of a case management agency that will provide service (Supports Coordination Organization).

Referral services provided free of charge. Support Services are waiver-funded.

Serves as the central hub for intake and registration for supports coordination for eligible individuals. Provides information and answers questions about available services and supports.

Assists eligible children, graduating students, and adults who have intellectual disabilities, Autism, or developmental disabilities prior to age 9, and/or medically complex condition prior to age 22. This includes sharing helpful resources and, for eligible individuals, connection to a supports coordinator (SC).
