Description

Provides assistance to reduce heating costs for low income families by improving the energy efficiency of their homes while ensuring their health and safety.

Provides affordable housing for families and older adults who meet low and moderate income guidelines. Manages housing throughout Beaver County and administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Offers weatherization services for both homeowners and renters, and financial assistance in the form of grants and loans for home rehabilitation.
