Eligibility

1. Individuals must fall within 135% of federal poverty guidelines. 2. Individuals cannot have any form of vision insurance.

Description

Provides reduced-cost glasses for individuals that fall within financial range of the program parameters and have no applicable insurance that pays toward frames or lenses. No assistance is provided for glasses that have been pre-ordered.

Venango County Association for the Blind

Provides community screenings and education for preventative measures as well as works with the blind and visually impaired to improve the quality of life for those effected. Services are provided throughout Venango, Clarion, and Forest Counties. Services are predominantly free of service for those who qualify visually for programming.
