Individuals and families who qualify for the Medical Access card are eligible to use the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) for trips to and from medical appointments or for authorized medical services.
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm

There are no fees for MATP. Co-pays are required for other programs and the co-pay depends on distance traveled.; Shared Ride fares
