Eligibility
Serves individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Allegheny
County. This includes those who are street homeless, doubled up, or in
a shelter. It could also include those in transitional housing
depending on the clients situation prior to their placement in
transitional housing. This program is not able to assist those who are
wards of the state.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Provides access to comprehensive health services through clinics at homeless congregate sites for adults and children experiencing homelessness throughout the Pittsburgh area.
A prescription voucher program is also available to individuals experiencing homelessness who have no medical assistance for covering prescription costs.
Additional specialty services, outreach services, and substance abuse services are available to individuals experiencing homelessness each month.
