Cannot accept direct referrals. All households experiencing homelessness must call 211 and be assessed, placed on the By Name List in the Coordinated Entry System. We are required to pull from the Coordinated Entry System only for this program.
Eligibility
Individual/Head of Household must be literally homeless and have a mental health disability, able to live independently. Cannot accept direct referrals.

Resources for Human Development provides services in 14 states to adults and children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance abuse and those who are homeless. Programs include therapy and counseling services, job training, assisted transportation, crisis intervention, and supportive and/or affordable housing.
