Access Card. Must be Medical Assistance recipients traveling to and
from a medical assistance covered service.

Provides non-emergency transportation services to Medical Assistance covered services within Medical Assistance Transportation Program's (MATP) service area and schedule. MATP determines which transportation mode is the least expensive and most appropriate available to meet the needs of each consumer.
