LCC’s regular business hours: Monday and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Application process
Must call the main number to complete an intake (412) 335-7446. Intake Specialist will complete an intake form over the phone (about 10-20 minutes), then refer them to a Community Health Worker.
