Provides services specifically designed for the seriously mentally ill. Many of these individuals have spent a significant amount of time in state institutions, struggle with drug and alcohol dependency, have multiple physical problems and have previously displayed violent behaviors. They have little or no social support, but seek new opportunities and better quality of life.
