Fees will vary. Consumers may be eligible for Cost Share or an income-based fee scale. Other payment options may include services provided on donation basis (or no fee), payment through an outside agency (VA or MH/ID/EI), or private pay.

Provides a wide variety of services to adults who are 60 years of age or older, which includes meals, activities and personal care within a safe and supportive environment. ElderCare East is located at 731 South Lincoln Avenue in Lebanon; contracted by Lebanon Co. AAA and managed by Avenues of PA.

Provides information and referral services, care management of Aging programs, Insurance / Medicare counseling, Home Delivered Meals, In-Home Personal Care, Personal Emergency Response Systems, Adult Daycare Services, Senior Community Center, Protective Services, Level of Care assessments and Volunteer opportunities.
