Focus Population
Provides community-based case management services to low-income individuals and families. Assists and supports clients in addressing social service problems concerning health, housing, financial, employment, education, and medical needs as well as determining eligibility for benefits. Also provides professional counseling concerning many issues including budgeting and money management, communication, crisis intervention, depression, relationships, stress management, and work-related concerns.

Provides services and programs to residents of the Upper Perkiomen School District designed to help, inform, educate, and empower individuals and families facing issues of domestic violence, community, wellness, and food accessibility.
