Men who have a mental health diagnosis and have had four (4) or more episodes of homelessness within the past three years or have been homeless (on the streets or in shelters) consistently for the previous twelve months.

Supports Prison ministry at Dauphin County Prison/Dauphin County Work Release Center and coordinates Project ASK, an initiative to meet students' basic needs in the West Shore School District.
